We provide a detailed project schedule with milestone dates during the planning stage, and our project manager keeps you updated on progress throughout. Weather delays are communicated promptly and accounted for in our planning.

Yes. All hardscaping and construction work is covered by a 12-month structural workmanship warranty. Plant material is covered by a 90-day establishment guarantee, provided our recommended watering and care instructions are followed. Irrigation systems carry a 24-month warranty on components and installation. If any issue arises within the warranty period that is attributable to our workmanship or materials, we return to rectify it at no additional cost. Extended warranty options are available for larger projects upon request.

Absolutely. Many of our projects involve refreshing and improving existing gardens rather than complete redesigns. We can work with mature trees and established plants that are performing well, incorporating them into an updated design. This approach is often more sustainable and cost-effective, as retaining healthy existing vegetation provides immediate structure and shade. We assess what is worth keeping, what should be relocated, and what needs replacing to create a cohesive result that feels intentional and complete.

During your complimentary consultation, one of our landscape designers visits your property for approximately 45 minutes to an hour. We walk the site together, discuss your ideas and priorities, assess the existing conditions including soil, drainage, sun exposure, and any structural considerations, and answer any questions you have about the process. After the visit, we follow up with a written summary of our initial recommendations and a proposal outlining the next steps, whether that is a full design service, a specific construction project, or a maintenance program. There is no obligation to proceed after the consultation.
